NUCCA 2025 Memberships
The ability for NUCCA to flourish is dependent upon the commitment and involvement of our membership. As you review the membership packages, please note that annual and monthly membership payments are available.
The Gregory Circle has been established as a method of funding our objectives for the enhanced administration of our research, public awareness, and education strategies. While basic membership will enable NUCCA to exist, the Gregory Circle specifically addresses research, education, and public awareness programs that significantly advance and promote quality healthcare.
NUCCA is constantly striving to provide members with innovative opportunities and paths for expansion of the organization’s offerings. We are working hard to keep up with the many requests for projects and programs that are now in progress, but we require additional funds to administrate these new directions. Please help us help NUCCA reach new levels of achievement in 2025.
2025 Membership Renewal
Renew your NUCCA membership by November 30, 2024 and receive 5% off your 2025 dues if you pay in full!

Monthly Payment Options
NUCCA offers the option to make monthly payments for membership dues. If you are interested in this for 2025, online renewal is now an option. If you would prefer to pay by check, download and fill out the 2025 membership form via the button offered below. Send completed forms to the NUCCA office.
You can renew/join NUCCA by doing one of the following:
- Email: Send the completed membership form to the NUCCA Office (info@nucca.org). The PDF membership form can be accessed via the button below.
- Mail: Mail the completed form to NUCCA Membership, 10700 W Highway 55, Suite 275, Plymouth, MN 55441.
Existing Members/Users
Logging in will bring you to your profile page, called the “member portal”. If any of your information needs to be updated, click on “My Profile” and then the gray “Edit” button to the right – you can upload a photo here as well.
If you have forgotten your username or password for your NUCCA account, find the place at the bottom of the screen that says “Forgot password”, then click the “Click here…” link. Enter the username or email address on file with NUCCA, and then click “Reset Password”. The system will then send you a link to reset your password. After doing so, log in using your new password.
Note: If you do not receive an email with instructors on how to reset your password, then NUCCA has a different email address on file. Call the NUCCA office to get it updated.

Basic NUCCA Membership

Basic Membership Includes:

Conference registration will be $695/conference for the Basic Active membership level. Other conference fees will be based on Membership category.

Membership Policies
Directory Listing Policy: To be listed in the NUCCA directory, a doctor must be a member in good standing of NUCCA and have attended at least one NUCCA conference during the preceding two calendar years. In addition, only the following membership types are eligible to be listed within the NUCCA directory.

- Gregory Circle Members
- Lifetime Members
- Senior Members

Exceptions to these requirements may be made by majority vote of the board of directors. Such exceptions shall be published to all current members of NUCCA upon a decision being reached.
Pro-rated Dues Policy: NUCCA memberships will get a pro-rated fee depending on when they renew. Members will still pay full membership dues through June 30th. After July 1st members will receive a 50% discount on their dues.
Refund Policy: NUCCA membership is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.
NUCCA membership packages: due to the extensive discounts given to NUCCA membership packages, including but not limited to Gregory Circle packages, no refunds are permitted. The membership is a flat fee that includes membership, both conferences, significant discounts from the NUCCA store and other benefits. If a conference is missed, it is neither refundable nor eligible for rollover or transferable to another person.
