NUCCA is following state and county guidelines closely for our upcoming Spring Conference and at this time we are able to offer an in-person option for conference attendees. Therefore, in order to allow for the maximum attendee participation, we will not be able to offer an in-person option for exhibitors. With that said, NUCCA is thrilled to launch our first ever Virtual Exhibitor Hall in tandem with our 2021 Spring Conference!  This “event” will allow you to be seen by all registered attendees, no matter if they choose to attend conference in Newport Beach, CA or from the comfort of their own home!

This event will open with our conference from April 8 – May 9 and be featured during our opening session so if you are interested in posting a video, sign up now to take full advantage of this opportunity!

PRICING:

• New Exhibitors: $250
• Exhibitors that have attended 1-4 NUCCA conferences: $100
• Exhibitors that have attended 5+ NUCCA conferences: FREE
  • All exhibitors that qualify for discounts will be contacted the week of February 8th.  If you believe you qualify but did not receive notice, please contact the NUCCA offices at info@nucca.org.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

• All exhibitors will receive an opportunity to present a Virtual Exhibitor Video
• All exhibitors can provide a folder insert that will be included in attendee packets on-site in Newport Beach, CA.
• All exhibitors will be promoted via email blast, social media, and during our opening session on April 8.

Instructions for submitting a video:

1. Click on the link below and submit your request form. Payment is required at the time of sign up for any exhibitor that has not attended 5+ conferences.
2. Prepare a 2 minute video (videos longer than 2 minutes will not be accepted). You can make this video however you want (computer, cell phone, etc).
3. Once you have your video ready, you will submit it to NUCCA via Dropbox. We will provide you with those instructions after you complete step 1 above.
4. We ask that request forms and videos be provided no later than Friday, April 2, in order to be ready for the April 8 launch.
