Join us for an evening of laughter, music, and memories as we celebrate the incredible life of Dr. Kerry Johnson. We’ll raise a glass at Settleback Brewery, sing our hearts out with karaoke, and share stories through an open mic and tribute video. MENTORSHIP & CAREER FAIR

Each conference NUCCA hosts a Mentorship & Career Fair in the hopes to connect any recent graduates or students with doctors that currently have internships, preceptorships, or associate positions available at their practice.

You can sign up for the Mentorship & Career Fair as part of your conference registration! All students and recent graduates seeking positions attend for FREE.  The Mentorship and Career Fair will be on Thursday during lunch.

NUCCA Board Mentorship Info Session

Join the NUCCA Board of Directors during Friday morning breakfast (8-9 AM) for an informal discussion about Board succession through mentorship.

Conference Policies

NUCCA MEMBERSHIP/CONFERENCE POLICY

To be listed in the NUCCA directory a doctor must be a member in good standing of NUCCA, and have attended at least one NUCCA Spring conference or NUCCA Fall conference during the preceding two calendar years. 

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

If purchased as a separate item (not included in membership fees) and full price is paid for the conference:

  • With notice of at least 30 days, a refund will be given (less a $50 administrative fee).
  • If less than 30 days notice, no refund.
  • If less than 30 days notice and the conference is missed due to a family or emergency issue, submit a request in writing to the NUCCA Board of Directors as to the reasons for not attending the conference. The Board may issue a credit that may be transferred as payment for the following conference. Roll-overs are only permissible if extenuating circumstances arise and must be approved by the Board on a case by case basis.

  • To reserve a hotel room, call 800.233.1234 and mention group code G-NCC1, NUCCA to receive the discounted rate, or make reservations online. The hotel room block cut-off date is Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
  • Any reservations made using the following listed below, will NOT be coded to the NUCCA group and therefore affect the NUCCA organization.
    • Special rates, such as AAA, ARPP, Government per Diem, etc.
    • Any travel sites, such as Expedia, Priceline, Hotels.com, etc.

CE Details

Continuing education credit (CE) is administered by Life Chiropractic College West (Life West). Life West has applied for state credit for this year’s schedule.

MENTORSHIP AND CAREER FAIR
Students are invited to the attend the Mentorship & Career Fair on Thursday, Oct 23, at 12:00 P.M.  

Network with NUCCA doctors about to learn about preceptorships, associateships, partnerships, independent contracts, practices for sale, space to rent, offices to shadow, and other mentorship opportunities.

STUDENT ESSAY CONTEST

NUCCA’s Education Committee would like to give our student members an opportunity to attend conference on us! All students attending the Fall 2025 Conference are welcome to submit an essay about ‘What NUCCA Means to Me?’ – please submit your essay to info@nucca.org by October 1, 2025. Our Education Committee will select one winner who will be notified at the start of conference.

SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY

NUCCA Student and Graduate Members have the opportunity to submit a scholarship application. One scholarship per conference is awarded in the amount of $500, which will go toward registration and meals at the conference. COMPLIMENTARY HOTEL ROOMS FOR NUCCA STUDENT MEMBERS

NUCCA provides complimentary hotel rooms for student members attending conference (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights only). If you are interesting in taking advantage of one of the complimentary hotel rooms (four (4) students to a room), please indicate that during registration and we will add you to the reservation list. We are not able to make exceptions to our four (4) students to a room policy at this time. Room reservations are due by 9/26/25.

If you have a specific rooming request, please include that in your conference registration. We do our best to room students together from the same school, but please understand that is not always possible.

Cocktail Hour Sponsor: $3,500
Includes the opportunity to give a 2-minute “infomercial” at the Friday evening event, vendor space throughout the conference, signage on reception tables, corporate banner display, recognition on conference materials and NUCCA website.

Exhibitor Space: $1,500

Each exhibitor receives a six-foot skirted table for display, trash can, and two chairs. Exhibitor space is limited, so please submit your application early!  There is a nominal additional charge for electricity.

Folder Insert: $250
