Registration:

Hotel Reservations:
You can begin making your hotel room reservations at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach hotel.

Mention the group NUCCA at the time of reservation to receive a special group rate of $145 for single/double occupancy standard guest room. The following room types are also offered at the rates listed below and based on hotel availability.

  • Balcony View: $160
  • Pool View: $170
  • Bay View: $195

Room reservation deadline is Tuesday, March 24, 2020 or until the block is full.

Transportation:
The Hyatt Regency Newport Beach is not an airport hotel and therefore does not have complimentary shuttle service.

The hotel is located 15 minutes from John Wayne Orange County Airport (SNA). Taxi or Uber/Lyft is the most convenient mode of transportation from this airport and cost will vary from approximately $10 to $25 one way. For more details on transportation and parking at the hotel, please click here.

Exhibit Opportunities

  • Exhibitor Space – $1,000
    Each exhibitor receives a six-foot skirted table for display, trash can, and two chairs. Exhibit space is limited – please reserve your spot early!

Unable to attend? NUCCA offers additional opportunities to market your business.

  • Promotional Display – $250
    Let us promote your products and services to everyone attending by providing a company flyer, coupon, or postcard and we’ll set a promotional display for you.
  • Folder Insert – $250
    Promote your products and services to every conference attendee by providing a company flyer, coupon, or postcard to be inserted in each conference attendee folder or handed out at time of registration. Materials must be sent to the NUCCA office by Friday, March 27, 2020 in order to be included in attendee folders.
  • In-Kind Donations
    Consider in-kind donations for our conference participants to use while at the conference such as pens, notepads, and highlighters. Or donate of your product, services, or gift certificate for raffles and/or fundraising.
