Join us as we return in-person for the NUCCA 2021 Annual Fall Conference! For those not able to attend in-person, we will be offering a virtual option again so that you have the opportunity and flexibility to stay current with your skills.

Friday Evening Banquet
Join us on Friday, November 12 for an evening of celebration and recognition! You can sign up for this as part of your conference registration! Gregory Circle members & students attend for free.
Each conference NUCCA hosts a career fair in the hopes to connect any recent graduates or students with doctors that currently have internships, preceptorships, or associate positions available at their practice.
You can sign up for the Career Fair as part of your conference registration! All participants in this year’s career fair will have the in-person and virtual options included.
All students and recent graduates seeking positions attend for FREE.
Continuing education credit (CE) is administered by Life Chiropractic College West (Life West). Check back here for details on approved state CE credits for this conference.
NUCCA provides complimentary hotel rooms for students attending conference (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights only). If you are interesting in taking advantage of one of the complimentary hotel rooms (2 students to a room), please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please let us know by Friday, October 29, 2021.
Students have the opportunity to submit a one-page essay that focuses around the question “What does NUCCCA mean to you?”. If your essay is selected, your conference registration fee will be refunded! Please email your essay to email@example.com by Friday, October 29, 2021 to be considered.
NUCCA Conference Policies
NUCCA MEMBERSHIP/CONFERENCE POLICY
To be listed in the NUCCA directory a doctor must be a member in good standing of NUCCA, and have attended at least one NUCCA Spring conference or NUCCA Fall conference during the preceding two calendar years.
IN-PERSON CONFERENCE REGISTRATION REFUND/CREDIT POLICY
If purchased to attend the in-person conference as a separate item (not included in membership fees) and full price is paid for the conference:
- Opportunity to shift your registration from in-person to virtual attendance with notification to NUCCA staff.
- With notice of at least 30 days, a refund will be given (less a $50 administrative fee). Access to virtual conference not available.
- If less than 30 days’ notice, no refund. Opportunity to shift your registration from in-person to virtual attendance.
- If less than 30 days’ notice and the conference is missed due to a family or emergency issue, submit a request in writing to the board as to the reasons for not attending the conference. The board can allow a credit to transfer as payment for the following conference. Rollovers are only permissible if due to extenuating circumstances and must be approved by the board on a case-by-case basis.
VIRTUAL/ON-DEMAND CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to nature of this conference and the flexibility it offers, no refunds will be given at any time.

Friday Night Banquet Sponsor: $6,000
Includes complimentary seating at the banquet table on Friday evening, the opportunity to give a 10-minute “infomercial” at the event, vendor space throughout the conference, signage on tables, corporate banner display, recognition on conference materials and NUCCA website.
Wine & Cheese Sponsor: $3,500

Exhibitor Space: $1,000

Unable to attend? Let us promote your products and services to everyone attending by providing a company flyer, coupon, or postcard and we’ll set a promotional display for you.
